Considering the above we typically begin our services by performing a diagnostic review of your mission and operations.  Then we report findings to you and share our recommendations for improvements primarily in the areas of board development, fund development, and service delivery. Those recommendations include both long-term strategies and immediate specifics all within a framework of readiness for the highest degree of successful implementation and outcomes. We can also assist you in facilitating staff/board retreats, advocacy, program development, brand awareness, corporate partnerships, and with interim staff services.
